We want you to love your FPG Shop purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a clear and fair return and refund process.

1. Return Window

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible:

• Item must be in its original condition, unused, and unwashed

• Tags and packaging must be intact

• Proof of purchase is required

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Gift cards

• Final sale items

• Customized or personalized products

4. How to Initiate a Return

Email support@fpgshop.com with:

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We will reply with instructions and a return address.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You’ll be notified via email

• If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.

7. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us and we’ll gladly help arrange an exchange.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund promptly.

9. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once fulfilled, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
